Captain Bills Upper River Diving Adventures is a P.A.D.I. 5-Star SCUBA DIVING training facility located on the upper Niagara River in Niagara Falls, New York. We offer on-site SCUBA training in our indoor heated pool. Captain Bill's also offers local dive trips, dive charters and a full selection of the latest diving related equipment.

Captain Bills offers a wide selection of SCUBA and skin diving instructional courses: From PADI Bubble Makers for children from 8 years old; to Advanced and Specialty Technical Diving courses. Many of our instructional courses are GM/UAW tuition assistance (TAP) approved. Check out our course listing for more details. We also provide private or group lessons, diving with the Sea Lions at the Aquarium of Niagara, and weekend dive trips on Lake Erie and the Niagara River.
